Person who plans and organizes activities relating to the establishment of schedules and routes of the buses of the company for which he works. She carries out studies to determine customer needs and the parameters that should guide the planning of timetables and routes (requests for services, average number of passengers, distances, journey times, peak hours, etc.) and supervises the technical staff responsible for drawing up plans. She is also responsible for assigning routes and vehicles to drivers and planning work crews schedules. She offers the best possible service to customers in order to satisfy them and maintains acceptable operating costs in order to ensure the profitability of the company.
