Consumer Advisor

Person who identifies the needs and expectations of consumers. She carefully studies the relationship between a company and its customers as well as the quality of the services offered to consumers (she specifies the nature, the stakes and the repercussions using methodological tools allowing the study of consumer behavior). She works on developing information and training tools and may have to deal with customer complaints and dissatisfaction.
