Garment Production Plant Manager

Person who plans, directs and coordinates production activities in the various workshops of a clothing factory. She manages production budgets and services, directs the quality control program and makes decisions necessary for the efficient use of materials, labor and equipment. She must ensure the smooth running of the various activities in order to allow quality production on time and to promote the profitability of the company. She also takes care of staff training and keeps her company up to date with new manufacturing processes.
