Administrative Investigation Technician

Person who performs various tasks of research and analysis of information in order to participate in the realization of administrative inquiries ordered by public or private bodies for evaluation purposes (quality of services, customer satisfaction, compliance standards, etc.). She collaborates in the planning of survey methods, researches and compiles the information necessary to set up the files, analyzes and evaluates the data according to the established criteria and writes, in whole or in part, the survey reports (at the inside which she can make recommendations for certain improvements).
