Industrial Electronics Technician
Person who participates in the design, installation and programming of various types of devices and systems (electronic, electromechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic) used to control and automate industrial processes. She assists the engineer in the design of drawings and the development of electrical and electronic circuits, supervises the assembly and calibration of devices, monitors and controls industrial processes using a computer, performs preventive maintenance of control loops, repairs and adjusts devices that are not functioning optimally. She assists the instrumentation contractor and participates in the estimation, planning and management of the work.
