Person who assembles metal rods or trusses using wire, ties or welding processes, and who places or fixes them in such a way as to reinforce concrete in the construction of forms, columns, beams or slabs used to erect buildings, bridges or reservoirs. It must determine the number, dimensions, shapes and locations of reinforcements and trellises in order to ensure the solidity of the work.
