Psychoanalyst
Person who, as a specialist in psychotherapy, analyzes the deep psychic processes of an individual in order to detect the existence of memories, desires or images whose subconscious presence is at the origin of their adaptation or behavioral difficulties (anxiety, phobia, depression, neurosis, etc.). During one-on-one meetings, she helps her patients to externalize memories, inhibitions, frustrations and anguish using techniques specific to psychoanalysis. She intervenes in such a way as to promote awareness and understanding of the defense mechanisms and unconscious motivations that hinder her psychic balance in order to help her overcome her difficulties.
