Recreation Advisor

Person who offers consulting services to organizations that provide leisure activities or recreational services, or who wish to establish one. She studies the data relating to the client organization (socio-economic environment, potential clientele, available budget, etc.), designs and proposes a program of activities, studies budgets or helps the organization to prepare them, estimates needs in personnel, layout and equipment necessary for the holding of activities and supervises the implementation of the program. She organizes and conducts training workshops for animation staff. She advises agency leaders on the development of recreation and recreation policies and helps them formulate proposals for new regulations.
