Road Transport Dispatcher of People and Goods

Person who organizes and supervises the trips of people or goods in a road transport company (school buses, interurban or chartered, trucks). She takes care, among other things, to organize schedules and routes according to customer requests, to adequately distribute drivers and vehicles, to provide the information and documents necessary for drivers, to ensure the follow-up of goods if necessary and guarantee the quality of services. She must do fair and realistic planning in order to allow maximum use of the vehicles and thus contribute to the efficiency and profitability of the company.
