Person who, in various environments, particularly in institutions, designs and implements classification systems for administrative documents, with a view to facilitating their location and consultation, and who establishes a retention schedule according to their value. She analyzes needs, evaluates the effectiveness of existing systems, makes a summary inventory and sorting of documents, processes the archives, designs and implements an improved classification system and trains staff in its use. She also takes care of the management of the microfilms, the purchase of the required material, as well as the drafting of the management manual and reports. She ensures that the methods suggested allow the maximum use of the human and financial resources that the company allocates for this purpose and she assumes the management of the center.
