Person who is responsible, in a company, for the implementation, maintenance and troubleshooting of management computer systems used for accounting operations, human resources management, information processing and other applications, and who operates these systems to perform various administrative tasks such as invoicing, issuing pay checks and maintaining inventories. Specialized in both IT and administration, she is able to meet all of the company’s needs in these areas: installing computers, troubleshooting systems, training staff in the use of new management software, developing and maintain databases or improve existing systems to solve specific management problems.
