Biomedical Engineering Technician

Person who installs, maintains and repairs specialized equipment used in a medical environment (laboratory, care and medical imaging equipment). It verifies, calibrates, constructs and modifies biomedical-type electronic equipment in order to ensure optimal and safe operation. It also provides technical assistance to users.
