Director of the Recreation Department

Person who, as a professional in social and community services, designs, carries out and administers a program of recreational activities and services including or which may include sports, social, recreational and educational activities. He promotes them, evaluates the objectives, scope, cost and results of the activities organized, writes reports and informs the public. He supervises and provides technical assistance to the staff in charge of the activities. He advises on the use of equipment and materials and works with representatives of other organizations or groups serving the community.
