Person responsible for carrying out the day-to-day financial transactions requested at the counter by customers in a bank or credit union (deposits, withdrawals, cashing checks, settling bills, transferring funds, etc.), providing them with information on the products and financial services available and respond to their inquiries or complaints regarding their accounts.
