Fish and Seafood Sales Clerk
Person who, in a food market or in a fish shop, prepares and sells fish and seafood (oysters, clams, crabs, scallops, lobsters, shrimps, etc.). She cleans, prepares, weighs and packages her products and sets up sales displays. She informs customers about the products offered and advises them as needed. She can also take care of certain purchases, take inventory of products and rotate them to ensure freshness and thus satisfy her customers.
