Person who, in an establishment where gambling is played (casino, arcade with slot machines or electronic poker machines, etc.), is responsible for monitoring the progress of the games, the operation of the devices and gaming machines as well as customer behavior. His role is to apply the laws governing this type of establishment, to ensure the safety of customers and staff and to maintain order in the establishment. He must, among other things, prevent any violation of the rules of the games and any cheating that could compromise the legality of winnings or losses of money as well as any act of aggression or vandalism.
