Health Services Administration Officer

Health service administration officers provide leadership, management and delivery of health care services. They apply the principles and practices of health services administration, as well as the organization of the management of the resources and activities of the Canadian Forces Health Services. Their primary functions are to ensure the effective management of the health care system, to ensure that health professionals perform their duties in a safe and efficient environment, and that members of the Canadian Armed Forces (CAF) receive training. High quality health care wherever it is, in garrison, at a base or wing in Canada or during operational deployments abroad or at home.
