Human Resources Officer
Person who performs various human resources management tasks to ensure the efficiency of the organization that employs him. Among other things, she assesses staffing needs, drafts and publishes job offers, selects candidates, welcomes new staff, draws up a human resources management policy and evaluates its results. She also ensures compliance with the Act respecting occupational health and safety. she ensures that the staff hired are competent and able to perform at their full capacity in order to ensure the profitability and efficiency of the company.
