Midwife

Midwife is a person who, as a health specialist, independently supervises normal pregnancies, labor and childbirth, as well as mothers and babies after childbirth. After establishing the pregnancy diagnosis, she follows up regularly with her clients. She assists them during labor, provides them with the necessary care, monitors the condition of the fetus using technical and clinical means and gives birth. In the event of complications, she takes emergency care procedures and immediately refers her clients to a specialist doctor. She can also detect pathologies and prescribe certain examinations and treatments.
