Military Engineer

Person who, as a member of the armed forces, plans, designs, constructs and maintains facilities for land combat units and stationary units. It oversees the construction and maintenance of civil and military buildings, roads and bridges, runways, water supply or waste disposal systems, etc. It provides assistance with cartography and geodesy for naval, land or air operations; it coordinates fire prevention activities; it manages the human resources placed under its command as well as the material and financial resources placed at its disposal.
