Mining Technician

Person who performs technical tasks related to ore extraction. Under the supervision of engineers or geologists, she takes part in surveying work, plans and monitors blasting and drilling operations, sets up and controls ventilation systems, handles devices and instruments (theodolite, anemometer, sound level meter, etc. software) and ensure the application of occupational health and safety rules. Her training also makes her able to supervise work teams.
