Person who studies human behavior in the workplace and makes recommendations to ensure the well-being and efficiency of workers and enable them to develop their skills. She is involved in the process of selecting and recruiting staff, but above all she assesses the skills and interests of workers, so as to facilitate their assignment, classification and promotion. She establishes training and development programs according to the capacities and motivations of the personnel and the needs of the company and takes care to facilitate the personal and professional adaptation of the workers. She promotes a healthy and efficient use of human resources in order to increase the performance of the company.
