Person who intervenes with individuals, groups and organizations grappling with problems related to human interactions and social behaviors in order to facilitate the resolution of the problems in question (interpersonal conflicts, poor communication, imprecise objectives, leadership problem, needs training, etc.). Using observations, interviews, questionnaires and other diagnostic techniques, she analyzes the various issues of relationships in groups and workplaces, assesses needs and develops psychosocial intervention strategies either for improve interpersonal relationships, or to bring about the necessary organizational changes.
