Psychosociology can be considered as a science of action and a practice of intervention (praxis) engaged in social life. It constitutes a field of research and practices of varied interventions.Person who intervenes with individuals, groups and organizations grappling with problems related to human interactions and social behaviors in order to facilitate the resolution of the problems in question ( interpersonal conflicts, poor communication, unclear objectives, leadership problem, training needs, etc.). Using observations, interviews, questionnaires and other diagnostic techniques, she analyzes the various issues of relationships in groups and workplaces, assesses needs and develops psychosocial intervention strategies either for improve interpersonal relationships, or to bring about the necessary organizational changes.
