Supervisor of a Tourist Information Center

Person who manages the operation of a tourist information center. She supervises the work of the tourist information officers, replenishes the center with documentation, compiles daily, weekly and monthly statistics in order to produce a report for the center operator. She assists the operator in the management of human, financial and material resources of the center, ensures customer satisfaction and handles complaints.
