Animal Products Inspector

Person who inspects slaughterhouses to verify whether hygiene and quality standards are met during handling before, during and after slaughter of animals (processing, packaging, transport and storage). As she guarantees the quality of meat intended for human consumption, she must be rigorous and have a very developed sense of observation in order to detect any indication of unsanitary conditions and thus prevent the spread of disease.
